Annual Town Meeting
The annual Town Meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 9 at 7:00 PM in the auditorium at the Mansfield Middle School. Attendees will hear the proposed Town Budget and a vote on the adoption of the budget will be taken at the end of the meeting.
Town residents who are registered electors and non-residents who are U.S. citizens at least 18 years old who own property in Mansfield with an assessed value of at least $1000 are eligible to vote. An overview of the budget highlights, A Citizen's Guide to the Budget, is being mailed to residents at home and should arrive in mailboxes the week of May 1.
The Town Meeting will be available to watch via livestream at https://mansfieldct.gov/video.
Available services for meeting attendees include:
Childcare for children ages 3-12
Transportation services for elderly and disabled electors
Sign language interpretation
