Calling all goblins, ghouls, and ghosts!

The Mansfield Downtown Partnership and the Town of Mansfield will host free, family-friendly Halloween fun in Downtown Storrs on Saturday, October 24 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Costumed children (and their adults) are invited to trick-or-treat at participating Downtown Storrs businesses during the Downtown Boo Bash. Be sure to stop by Wilbur Cross Way to visit "trick-a-trunks" hosted by Mansfield businesses and community organizations.

Downtown Boo Bash is free and open to everyone. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Downtown Boo Bash will take place rain or shine.

PARKING

Parking is available in the Downtown Storrs Parking Garage (33 Royce Circle), which is free for your first 2 hours and just $1/hour thereafter.

Additional parking will be available in the Town Hall lot accessed off of South Eagleville Road.

Road Closures

To accommodate the event, the following streets in Downtown Storrs will be closed beginning at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 24:

  • Wilbur Cross Way from Elsie Marsh Way to Royce Circle

  • Royce Circle from Wilbur Cross Way to Dog Lane

  • Dog Lane from Storrs Road to Royce Circle

  • Bolton Road Ext.

  • West Access Road (behind 33 Wilbur Cross Way)

There will be no on-street parking on the above-listed streets starting at 10:00 AM.
